About Me

I am a spoken word producer, performance poet, video editor, digital artist and social media manager based in East Lothian.

I have a track record of writing and performing ‘nonsense’ poetry, reflected in my debut pamphlet ‘Poetry for Cows’ (2020).

 

In addition to writing and performing poetry, I am a key member of the I Am Loud Production team. I was instrumental in producing Creative Scotland funded projects including Return to Form, the Loudcast, the 2022 Live season as well as our internal projects such as Loud Poets Happy Hour and all seasons of NaPoWriMo.

 

In July 2022, I started working with Push The Boat Out Festival for their 2022 Poetry, Hip-Hop & Spoken Word festival happening in November 2022. 

Through I Am Loud I have produced the ‘Building Stories’ podcast for Edinburgh City of Literature and Historic Environment Scotland, and created corporate training videos for education technology company Sumdog.

 

I am the co-host of ‘Jingle Belles’, a seasonal Christmas movie review podcast with Naomi Head which has run for two seasons and is available through Spotify, apple podcasts and others. 

My poetry has been published by Coin-operated Press and I have produced album artwork for Edinburgh band Gefahrgeist and been commissioned to create artwork for Young Women’s Scotland.

When not working I spend my time with my partner and my wee dog, Munchie.
